García de la Navarra Brothers
The cooking of García de la Navarra brothers is inspired by traditional spanish home-cooked food, simple recipes based on quality and seasonal products selected from the best suppliers. It includes vegetables coming from Navarra, some products from hunting (partridge, deer, …), stews, meat from Galicia usually, fish and seafood, selected canned food from Cantabrico Sea, and tuna of the “almadraba” from Barbate.
Chef’s Suggestions: Seasoned fresh artichokes, Roasted Red Peppers , Thistle from “Navarra”, Black truffle croquettes, Chicken broth, Partridge (marinated or “a la Toledana”), diferent kinds of beans with vegetables or seafood.
In this bar of simple decoration, the other pillar on which our offer is based are the wines. Obviously, here is the hand of Luis, national reference in the world of wine.
We offer about 700 varieties of wines, both Spanish and international. You can enjoy with your meal or in the bar (attentive to our slate and the wine proposals by the glass) accompanied by traditional tapas. We have several wineries conditioned and heated so that each wine is kept at its ideal temperature.
